WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
Once we receive and process your return, you’ll be notified via email. This process may take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
Return Fees:
- Domestic returns are subject to a shipping fee of $8 , which will be deducted from your refund.
- International return shipping fees vary by location.
ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR OR DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
PLEASE NOTE: PRODUCTS MARKED AS "FINAL SALE" ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We currently offer exchanges for domestic orders only. Once your return is received, we’ll process your exchange right away. Exchanges are free to ship back.
WHERE IS MY RETURN/REFUND?
ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION. THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR RETURN TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED.
IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, AS PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY BETWEEN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
